Looking ahead, Silvana envisions expanding her successful business even further. She plans to open more offices and ultimately dreams of franchising Dominion Cleaning Services, bringing her exceptional standards and customer-focused approach to new markets. When she’s not focused on growing and improving her business, Silvana enjoys spending time with friends and family. She and her husband love to travel, but most of all, they enjoy camping. Her favorite place is the beach, where she takes time to bask in the sun and feel the sand between her toes. Silvana is known for her hospitality—she’ll always offer you a cup of coffee and something to eat. No matter where you are, Silvana has a knack for making everyone feel important and cared for. As a mother to two highly successful students, she stays busy with extracurricular activities. She is deeply loved and admired by her husband and children.

The Heartfelt Philosophy Behind Dominion Cleaning

Our cleaning company was born out of necessity and hope. When I arrived in America, I embarked on a new journey, seeking opportunities and a fresh start. The initial goal was simple: to create a livelihood that would one day support a family and our dreams. Little did I know that this venture would evolve into something far more meaningful.  

 

From the beginning, I poured my heart into every cleaning task. As time went on, I discovered a profound passion for helping others. I realized that a clean home can offer more than just a tidy space—it can bring comfort, relief, and a sense of renewal, especially to those who need it the most.  

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been witnessing the sheer joy and gratitude of our clients, particularly the elderly, the sick, and those going through challenging times. Their smiles and heartfelt thanks fuel my dedication and commitment to this work. It became clear to me that our services could make a real difference in people’s lives, providing not just cleanliness, but also support and compassion.  

 

My biggest inspiration came from providing cleanings for individuals struggling with cancer. Partnering with Cleaning for a Reason, an organization dedicated to offering free cleaning services to cancer patients, has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. Through this partnership, we have been able to extend our reach and impact, offering a helping hand to those battling this relentless disease. Additionally, in 2025, we partnered with SPAN, a local nonprofit organization that supports older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities. 

Our philosophy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of our clients. We believe that everyone deserves a clean, safe, and welcoming home—especially during their most vulnerable moments.
