You’ll receive a confirmation text once your appointment is finalized. If your cleaning is scheduled for a future date, we’ll also send a reminder the day before. Need to make a change? We recommend contacting us before the reminder goes out to ensure we can accommodate your request.
On the Day of Your Cleaning:
You’ll get a notification when your cleaning team is on their way. Typically, they arrive within 15–40 minutes, depending on their prior location. While this is a general window, some variation can occur due to traffic or unexpected delays.
Please take this time to prepare children and pets, if applicable, for the team’s arrival.

Our cleaning technicians will greet you with a smile and get right to work. All necessary communication and instructions should already be in place so they can focus on delivering a high-quality clean without interruption.
Every client has a personalized portal where we keep notes and any special instructions for our team. Our goal is to be as efficient and thorough as possible—working from top to bottom and back to front—ensuring nothing is missed and no cleaned area is retraced.
Finishing Up:
Once your cleaning is complete, you’ll receive a final notification along with a link to your invoice and available payment options.
