Dominion Cleaning Services Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 4/1/2025

 

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment and billing process for cleaning services ("Services") provided by Dominion Cleaning Services, a cleaning service provider. By engaging in our cleaning services, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms.

 

Payment Terms

Service Charges: The charges for the cleaning services will be outlined in the estimate or agreement provided before the service is rendered. Charges are based on the scope of work, service frequency, and any additional services requested.

 

Payment Due Date: Payment for services is due on the day of service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the case of recurring services, invoices will be issued on a weekly basis and payment is due within [7] days from the invoice date.

 

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via the following methods:

 

  • Credit Card (If a Client's card is kept on file, the card will be processed once the job is marked as finished)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Venmo, Zelle

  • Cash (only for in-person payments)
    (Tips accepted by Cash only at the time of service)

 

Late Payments

There are no late payment fees at this time.

 

If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date for recurring services, service will be stopped until payment is received.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation: If the Client cancels a scheduled service, a minimum of [24] hours' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee charged is $50.

 

Rescheduling: Any rescheduling made less than [24] hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.

 

Additional Charges

Additional Work: If additional work is requested or required beyond the original scope of work (e.g., extra rooms, deep cleaning, special requests), the Client will be informed of any price increase before the work is performed.

 

Supplies: If special cleaning products or equipment are needed (e.g., for specific cleaning tasks), these costs will be added to the total service charge.

 

Refund/Re-Cleaning

If the Client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Dominion Cleaning Services within (8 hours) of the service completion. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-cleaning of the areas in question at no cost. If the Client does not notify via text message or phone call within the set timeframe than Client satisfaction is assumed and no recleaning will be provided.

 

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction due to expectations not clearly outlined in the service agreement.

 

Invoices and Billing

Invoices: An invoice will be provided for all services rendered. The invoice will include a breakdown of services performed, charges, and payment instructions.

 

Billing Errors: If an error is identified in an invoice, the Client should notify Dominion Cleaning Services within [7] days. Any disputes will be reviewed, and adjustments, if necessary, will be made.

 

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dominion Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s failure to make timely payments, including any legal fees and costs incurred in the collection process.

 

Service Termination

If payment is not made in a timely manner, Dominion Cleaning Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate cleaning services. Resumption of services will require full payment of any outstanding balance.

 

Modifications to Terms

Dominion Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify or update these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes, and continued use of the cleaning service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province/country in which Dominion Cleaning Services operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the company is based.

 

By engaging in cleaning services provided by Dominion Cleaning Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms and Conditions.
